Meet Tammie
With over 20 years of experience in executive business development and communications, I’ve built my career helping organizations grow with purpose. At the heart of my work is bringing people together, listening, building relationships, and moving ideas forward in meaningful ways.

I’m running for City Council in Orléans East–Cumberland (Ward 1) because this community is home. I care deeply about where we live and believe in showing up, listening, and working alongside residents to find practical, real-world solutions. It’s about strengthening the connection between neighbours, local businesses, and City Hall.

My career has spanned the military, defence, government, and private sectors, where I’ve focused on building trust, supporting collaboration, and delivering results that matter. I aim to be approachable, accountable, and someone people feel comfortable turning to, whether to share an idea, a concern, or simply be heard.

Giving back has always been important to me. I stay closely connected to the Canadian military community, the arts, and local charitable initiatives. As a proud hockey mom to Nathan and Sarah, I’ve spent countless hours at the rink and welcomed young athletes into our home as a billet family, supporting them as they pursue their goals.

At the end of the day, my focus is simple: helping build a stronger, more connected community where people feel supported, valued, and place they are proud to call it home.
